Is scarlet and grey better than maize and blue? That is the greatest question in college football.
Each fall we glue our eyes to the clocks and shriek in anticipation for the best damn band in the land. We fumble down the aisles carrying our game snacks and cheer from the parking lots and lawns all along campus. We dirty our counters with food of celebration and fill our living rooms with fans and friends. We jostle into the neighborhood pub to get a glimpse of Saturday greatness and spend our day watching the local heroes. So put on your favorite number and open those tailgates. It’s touch downs we want and no one can stop us! And we’ll chant OH…IO on the road to another championship.
